Our Core Technique classes, or CoreTech are our fundamental pole skills classes. CoreTech teaches the skills, drills, tricks and techniques of pole dance broken up into 8 levels.

Our Style classes take the skills you have learnt in previous CoreTech classes and teach you to apply them in various dance styles. Unlike our CoreTech classes our Style Classes teach using choreographies.
Our Conditioning classes do exactly what it says on the tin, Take you through pole specific conditioning workouts! These classes are aimed at improving your flexibility, strength and stamina on pole.
With over 25 classes run every week and growing everyday, were sure to have something for you
